Marka Training and Development is led by Directors Mark Fower and Marta Drozd whose vision is to empower organisations and people through tailored training solutions. They strongly believe that adult learning is all about people and the connections which can be built together to enhance learning experiences.   With their comprehensive range of courses, Mark and Marta bring their knowledge and practical experience of years working within law enforcement and together with other professional partner agencies such as NHS, Social Services, Mental Health Support Charities, and Wider Community Groups where they delivered the best quality of service to those who were in need.  This shared background was the foundation to design and start to deliver inclusive, supportive, and effective bespoke courses focusing on Safeguarding Training and Mental Health and Wellbeing.  They take great pride in their pre-course engagement process where they actively engage with clients to better understand their needs. To compliment this, and based on their training experience, they also fully understand the need to know all participants and any individual learning styles or preferences so they can use a variety of training methods and activities to help create a positive environment where all participants are treated fairly and have an equal opportunity to contribute to the learning process.
